RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thanks for shopping with IKAARI.
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund on any product once sold. Once the IKAARI pieces are sold they can be exchanged either with a different product or the replacement in a bigger or smaller size, for the same product (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). We issue a credit note for our customers, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
Returns
If your item(s) has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is returned within 15 days period, you can place a return request through the following link: info@ikaari.in
Once we receive your return, we will send you the confirmation on your registered email I’d that we’ve received it. If no exception with your return is faced your request will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Refunds (Store Credit)
Purchase made on SALE are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange Once we receive your item and our backend team has inspected it for damages with no anomalies, our IKAARI team will automatically process the amount as Store Credit in your IKAARI Account.
Exchanges
If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 15 day exchange period, you can place an exchange request through the following link: info@ikaari.in
Once we receive your return item(s) our backend team will inspect it, we will send you an email to confirm the same. Our backend team will ship your exchange order against your return, and you’ll receive the tracking ID via email.
Size exchange is available
Customer is eligible to get bigger and smaller size. The cost of to and fro shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
Point of validation
Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
10-12% of colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get credit note to buy something else.
You can cancel order within 24 hours of order. Please wats app on 8882310441 or write to us at info@ikaari.in to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
If you cancel your prepaid order you will receive credit Ikaari balance for your future order.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by IKAARI and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
