1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our trusted delivery partners for dispatch.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 COD fee is applicable per order.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
- You can track your shipment status using the provided link at any time.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with reputed logistics partner Shiprocket to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed via email or SMS in such instances.
- During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, shipping and delivery timelines may be extended slightly.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.
- In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping will be initiated after reconfirmation and may attract additional charges.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned – we are working to bring IKAARI to the global stage soon!
